What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operations differ by different locations. To view our hours please go to our locations page here. We offer extended hours to accommodate your busy schedule.

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. However, we recommend scheduling an appointment to minimize wait times. For urgent care services, walk-ins are always welcome.

We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurance plans including Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Healthfirst, and many others. To view all insurance that we accept please visit our insurance page here. Please contact us to verify your specific insurance coverage.

Yes, we offer telehealth appointments for many of our services. This allows you to consult with our doctors from the comfort of your home. Contact us to schedule a virtual visit.

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records. If you have a referral from another doctor, please bring that as well.

You can request your medical records by contacting our office. We can provide them electronically or in paper format. There may be a small fee for copying services.
